RENO, NEVADA

Jaxon especially loves to see the hotel rooms his daddy stays in while he is on trips. When we Skype, the first thing he asks is for Daddy to take him on a "tour" of his hotel room.

Turns out that these guys weren't needed too much in Reno, so they hit the slopes for the day. Lake Tahoe is less than an hours drive, so they headed to
Squaw Valley.

Our snow boarder.

Lunch on the top of the mountain.

Visiting the
Olympic Museum from the 1960 Winter Olympics.
DALLAS, TX
The other part of this trip was spent in the Ft. Worth, TX area. Turns out the boys weren't needed there either, so they decided to tour
Cowboys Stadium.

The locker of Number 41, Terence Newman - former Kansas State Wildcat!

Turns out the
Cowboys Cheerleaders have their own locker room. Of course my husband knew I would want a picture of this.

Talk about timing; Jason's visit was just days after the Super Bowl and the team's names were still painted on the end zones. Jason says, "Go Pack!"

The view from one of the press booths.

Cowboys Stadium is the new home of the Cotton Bowl - a Big 12 team vs. an SEC team.

Here's where the Cowboys walk out on to the field. Looks just like it does on TV. There's a lounge on either side where lucky fans can watch the team come on and off the field.

Retractable doors on the ends of the stadium.

The huge jumbo tron (152 ft. X 72 ft.) playing Cowboys highlights. Again, "Go Pack!"

Outside view of the stadium.
The evening was spent in Ft. Worth at the Stock Yards.

When in Rome....of course they had to see a rodeo:

Only on the streets of Ft. Worth do you find live long horns walking around.
And for me and Jax:

I'm sorry but I am sure the top of this post said something about Reno NV in February am I right? So I'm wondering why I am just now hearing about this?
