Fourth of July

We had a fun Fourth of July this summer in Pekin. This was our first Fourth in Illinois and it was a nice family day. We spent the day around the house playing, swinging and lunch at Culver's, then grilled out for dinner. That evening, we met up with some friends at the high school to watch the city's fireworks. The kids had a great time playing with their friends and they LOVED the fireworks! We were worried about Sis because she was not a fan of the "pop pops" when we were at a baseball game earlier this summer, but she seemed to warm up to them.
