I didn't really think about it at the time, but several weeks before school was out, I agreed to a subbing job on Jaxon's last day of preschool. It wasn't until the week before that the emotions hit me and I realized I wouldn't be there to see him walk in those preschool doors for the last time and I wouldn't be there to pick him up. But if I can't be there on his last day, who is the best person to be there for him? His daddy, of course. I was glad they had that special morning together and Jason snapped a few pictures for me too!
