A Day to Relax

After two full days at the parks, we decided to spend Friday around the hotel. So glad Jason planned our trip this way, a day to sleep in and chill was exactly what our family needed.

After sleeping in, we went to have some breakfast at the hotel food court. We came back to get our swimsuits on and our mousekeeper had done this:

Love her Minnie Mouse swimsuit from Grandma and Grandpa Hager!

Jax flying down the slide!

After swimming and lunch, I went off to do some laundry while Jason and the kiddos went to the arcade to play games. They were so busy, they didn't get a lot of pictures, but Dakota did snap this one when I came to say hi between loads of laundry. Jax really wanted to play this game, but couldn't reach, so I improvised.

Dakota got her hair wrapped.
It blends in with her shirt, but you can kind of see
her purple, pink and white hair wrap.

I found these goofballs in the hotel gift shop!

We had reservations that night for Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary. We made an adventure of it and took a bus to Epcot, then hopped on the monorail.

Our pirate dressed and ready for dinner.

Waiting at the bus stop to head to dinner.

On the Monorail!

Look at that dessert!
Out of this world!

Kota was still unsure about Goofy, so she didn't get in the pic.

Magic Kingdom Day 1

We spent our second full day at Magic Kingdom. We had a very special day, from pirate shows to princesses, both kids had smiles on their faces the entire day!

This is a super busy post, but it was a fun-filled day and I didn't want to forget even one second of it!

We loved this Dream Along with Mickey Show!
The kids have watched this show many times on Youtube,
and I was so excited for them to see it live!

Captain Jack Sparrow, training up some new pirates!

Jax is in the black Nike hat with navy shirt and shorts.

Can you find Jax?
I've always loved climbing the tree house from
Swiss Family Robinson.

Jason found these crazy people waiting in line!

Oh No! Emperor Zurg has got Jax!

Meeting Alice in Wonderland was one of Dakota's favorite things! She has never seen the movie, but she LOVES Alice, in fact, most of her baby dolls are named Alice.

We all loved getting to have lunch in Cinderella's Castle. Jason captured this picture showing the detail they went to to put Jack and Gus Gus (the mice) on a ledge in the castle!

Dakota was beyond excited about meeting Cinderella.
She was so happy!

Our princess, ready for lunch inside Cinderella's Castle.

Silly Faces!

 Meeting the princesses:
Snow White

Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)

Ariel (The Little Mermaid)

Jasmine (from Aladdin)

These kids love getting their faces painted! I don't know what it is, but they want their faces painted everywhere we go!
Jax becoming Sulley from Monster's Inc.

Dakota becoming an Ice Queen (Elsa from Frozen).

While the boys went to ride Space Mountain, Dakota and I went to a dance party with the Incredibles.

We stayed that night for the Electrical Parade, Light Show at the castle and the fireworks. All were amazing!

Here's a little video of the Electrical Parade. I took several videos and Dakota watches them all!

The professional photos from the park photographers:

The Tremaine's might be my favorite characters there!
They had so much personality and their interaction with the
kids was hysterical.

Love her face seeing Alice for the first time!
